North Coast Medical is excited to announce the launch of our online customer portal website, Term Sync! This portal will give you full (and daily live) access to your account balances daily, and will be our new platform for e-mailing invoices.

Exciting features of the program are:

• Daily live account balances – the open AR file will be uploaded nightly to reflect any payments received that day and new invoices generated.
• Access to PDF invoice copies
• Online ACH payment – with an auto-pay feature!
• Historical account statement data
• Online messaging / requests

We’ve added our existing contact information set up for those already receiving invoices or statements by email. You will start to see emails coming directly from Term Sync and registration will be a breeze! Starting tomorrow you will start to receive your invoices from Term Sync.
