P.T. Rail™ Close Out
The P.T. Rail™ combines an exceptionally solid feel with an innovative offset rail design for safer mobility.
- The P.T. Rail™ is a hinged horizontal support rail that promotes safe standing and transfers to and from a toilet. Made of alloy steel with white baked enamel.
- Can be mounted to a wall or to the Floor Mast (sold separately).
- Provides rigid support where it is needed, on one or both sides of the toilet.
- Generous 1-1/2" (3.8cm) diameter rail provides easy gripping.
- ADA compliant.
- Offset rail design prevents wrist strain when using the lower rail. Rail offset is 6" (15cm) vertical, 1-1/2" (3.8cm) horizontal.
- The left rail model is to be mounted on the left side of the user while in the seated position. The right rail is to be mounted on the right side of the user while in the seated position.
- Rail measures 28" (71cm) from wall to tip of rail.
- A Fixed Wall Plate comes with each P.T. Rail™ and measures 5-1/2" x 9" (14 x 23cm) with four 3/8" (9.6mm) fastener holes.
- Folds up to store out of the way, yet pulls down in an instant when needed.
- Smooth "fluid feel" hinge holds its position wherever it is, without inadvertently releasing or falling.
- Comes with a wall plate for wall installation.
- Floor Mast for P.T. Rail™ is a floor-mounted column that allows installation in situations where wall mounting is not possible.
- The Floor Mast plate measures 4" x 6" (10 x 15cm) with four 3/8" (9.6cm) holes.
- Clamping system on the Floor Mast permits top rail height setting between 32" and 36" (81 and 91cm) from floor level.
- Weight capacity is 400 lbs. (184kg).

In Stock:

Shipment times depend on when the out-of-stock items arrive in our inventory. If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first. The out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and shipped together once all are available.
Please note: Freight and handling charges are calculated based on the original order. Back-ordered items will be shipped and invoiced separately, but no additional freight or handling charges will be applied.
