A message from our President:
In response to COVID-19 workplace guidelines, North Coast Medical has adapted quickly by deploying its workforce to function remotely. Our Customer Service and Sales personnel are available to take your call to answer questions and address any product needs. Our distribution facilities in Phoenix, and Atlanta are functioning at full capacity. We have been able to meet most of our customer’s product needs, with the exception of masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants. The assessment of our incoming supply chain looks good, as most of our global suppliers, including those in Asia, have normalized operations and are making regular deliveries to our distribution centers. We have identified only a few proprietary products that we will transfer by air, in order to reduce the anticipated back-order time. Overall, we are operating remarkably well considering the circumstances we all find ourselves in, and look forward to supporting your efforts.
