Convey A Professional Image: While it may seem fun to express your personality in your work emails with colorful fonts, or various graphics it’s simply not appropriate in order to project a professional and cohesive image. It makes more sense for us to have a simple, clean signature including our company logo, and for us all to be uniform. Not only does this communicate a higher level of legitimacy and professionalism to anyone who receives it, but it also provides instant brand recognition for us.

International Friendliness: Toll-free ‘800′ numbers are great for people in the USA. But they don’t mean anything overseas, and are often problematic or confusing in other countries.

Cell Phone Number: Only outside sales, or executive staff can include cell phone numbers in email signatures. If you want to receive business calls while mobile, please redirect your company extension to forward calls to your cell phone.
