North Coast Medical is dedicated to supporting our private practice and physician-owned customers. We know these difficult times have made it hard to access products that assist in being able treat patients who need important therapy intervention. Unfortunately, there are individuals and organizations that are attempting to profit during this time of national unity and cooperation. We are committed to do our part with the utmost level of integrity as we are compelled to meet the needs of our core customers. However, it is unrealistic that we can meet that need without a level of restriction and careful allocation of such important goods.

With this in mind, we will not accept orders for these products from consumers or unauthorized resellers. These products will be reserved for our private practice, physician-owned, and approved reseller customers. Furthermore, if we get requests from acute care facilities, we are encouraging them to call their Strategic Supply Chain Partner, typically either Cardinal Health, McKesson, Owens & Minor, or Medline.

If you are not a current North Coast Medical healthcare customer or approved reseller servicing the private practice sector, we ask for your understanding during this most difficult time. I promise we will adhere to our principles while we attempt to secure these important products for all our customers, we know how important this is to the survival of your business.
