Easy to apply. Open all hook fasteners and slide thumb into thumbhole. Wrap support around hand and secure fastener at the base of wrist, then secure thumb strap. Wrap long strap around wrist and secure. Adjust all fasteners until fit feels firm, yet comfortable. The metal stays can be adjusted to accommodate recommended positioning, or removed completely for more moderate support.
To size measure around the thumb knuckle, and then around the wrist.
Small/Medium:
Around the thumb: 2" to 2.5" (5 to 7cm)
Around the wrist: 5" to 7" (13 to 18cm)
Large / X-Large:
Around the thumb: 2.5" to 3" (6 to 7cm)
Around the wrist: 7" to 9" (18 to 23cm)
